WE’RE HIRING
Help us Reach People and Build Lives
Student Pastor
Summary
The Student Pastor exists to reach students and build lives by creating a disciple-making ministry that partners with students, parents, and volunteer leaders.
Rather than building a ministry that depends on one person, the Student Pastor builds a ministry that multiplies leaders. Success is measured not simply by attendance, but by students following Jesus, parents leading spiritually at home, and volunteer leaders who are equipped to disciple the next generation.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead Student Ministry
The student pastor will provide vision, strategy, and leadership for Crossroads Student Ministry. They will create healthy ministry systems and develop annual goals that help students follow Jesus.Develop Volunteer Leaders
You will build a leadership culture where volunteers are known, equipped, encouraged, and empowered.Disciple Students
You will create environments where students know Jesus, grow in their faith, and live on mission. You will do this through weekly gatherings, small groups, volunteer leaders, and encouraging students toward baptism, serving, generosity, evangelism, and spiritual disciplines.Partner with Parents
You will equip parents to become the primary spiritual influence in their homes. Parents should know what’s happening, have regularly opportunities to grow with their student, and be pastorally supported in season of difficult or transition.Create Excellent Ministry Environments
