Brady Traywick

 

LEAD PASTOR

Brady and his wife Christy moved to Austin the summer of 2006 to start a church in North Austin. In September 2007, Crossroads was born! Prior to Crossroads, Brady served the local church 12+ years in different capacities. Brady has Bible degrees from Hardin-Simmons University and Dallas Theological Seminary. The Traywick’s have three daughters: Lauren, Claire, and Ali. For fun, Brady likes to read, try new restaurants, travel (to the beach), and watch college football.

Taylor Sanner

 

OFFICE MANAGER & CONNECTIONS DIRECTOR

Taylor and her husband Matt moved to Austin in 2015 shortly after attending Texas A&M (Whoop!) and getting married. Taylor studied English and journalism. She is passionate about discipleship and mentoring young women. Taylor enjoys adventuring and learning new things with Matt, reading, practicing minimalism, and playing board games.

Jay Richardson

 

EXECUTIVE PASTOR

Jay and his wife Kelly moved to Austin in 2011. Jay has been in pastoral ministry since 1998. Jay is a 1995 graduate of Texas A&M University and a 2004 graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary. He adores his wife and their two beautiful daughters, Kendall and Hope. His life purpose is to lead, coach, and teach every man, woman, and child in the Way so that they may experience life transformation.

Alli Bivone

 

CHILDREN'S MINISTRY DIRECTOR

Alli has been living in Austin since 2011. She earned a bachelors in Finance from Texas A&M and masters in Education Administration from Sam Houston State University, and spent six years working in public education. Alli has been married to Garrett since 2013 and they have a son, Samson. In her free time, Alli loves to eat tacos, watch college sports, and hang out with her family.

Corey Folwarski

 

STUDENT PASTOR

Since graduating from a discipleship/rehabilitation program in 2011, Corey has served in several ministry roles focused on developing youth, as well as spent years working with his hands -- specializing in carpentry, electrical and home repairs. His passion is to see the next generation of young people grow deep in their faith.  Most of his life has been spent in Austin, where he met his bride Alicia at just 14 years old. They married in 2014 and have a wonderfully well-adjusted dog, Panther. In his free time, you'll find Corey at the gym, snowboarding or hanging out with his family.

David Pope

 

ELDER CHAIRMAN

David has called Austin home since 1995. By profession he is a CPA, by passion he is the husband of his beautiful bride of 18 years, Anne, and father of three great teenagers. He has been active in children’s ministry for most of his Christian life and has served in multiple other areas at Crossroads. David and Anne were founding members of Crossroads and feel blessed to be a part of a church following hard after Christ.

Jake German

Originally, Jake is from Michigan and has called Austin home for 4 of the past 7 years since graduating from the University of Toledo in Ohio in 2010, with a 3 year stint in Houston. During his original time in Austin he met his beautiful wife Desiree and together they have one son, Vaughn. Jake holds a bachelor degree in Professional Sales and another in Marketing, and currently serves as an Enterprise Account Executive for a software company based in Charleston, SC. In addition, Jake recently  formed a local non-profit  organization serving single-mothers and children living in poverty in the Austin area. Jake, Desiree, and Vaughn have been members of Crossroads since August of 2016 and believe God has called them here to serve Crossroads wholeheartedly.

Micah Evans

Micah, originally from Albuquerque, NM has called Austin home since 2014. Micah Graduated from Wayland Baptist University with a degree in Intercultural Mission. He has worked in the non-profit world for the past ten years. He is currently the Manager of Fund Development for Six Square – Austin Black Cultural District. He and his wife Bonnie found Crossroads to be home after visiting for the first time. They both desire to serve and see the gospel of Jesus come alive in people. Micah serves on the Crossroads Host team and as a community group leader. Micah and Bonnie have one little boy they affectionately call the “the man-cub”.

Scott Schulz

Scott has been married to Janie for 6 years with 4 great kiddos: Jahnni, Trevor, Sorin, and Falcon. He started his own business as a hydraulic technician specializing in high pressure hydraulics in 2016. They have called Crossroads home for 6 years and served in various ministries within the church. Scott enjoys friends, family, and being outdoors, including hunting to provide for his wonderful family. Born and raised in Brenham, he's never left his country roots, though he's lived in the Austin for 10 years.
